**Flexible conditions:
– Full cancellation: no penalty for postponed events if announced 15 days before the event.
– Partial cancellation: up to 5% of the total number of services contracted (accommodation and catering services) may be cancelled 72 hours before the event.
– Free upgrade policy for residential meetings: 1 free upgrade for every 10 paying guests, with a maximum of 3 (subject to availability).
